Yamilé Sierra, general secretary of the National Union of Agricultural, Forestry and Tobacco Workers in the territory, presented the banner to the coal miners in recognition of their comprehensive work with which they manage to increase shipments to Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Happy but with more commitments, its members expressed that much remains to be done and they are ready to continue working efficiently in production destined for export because the result is everyone's.

Emilio Cascaret, one of the beneficiaries, recognized the challenge that Cubans have to produce food and export more in the face of the intensification of the economic, financial and commercial blockade of the United States to Cuba and the global crisis that is the consequence of the pandemic due to the new coronavirus.

He assured that in this 2020 the benefits will increase to maintain the received condition.

During the small tribute, held at Finca Chalons, in this city, and with the restrictions of this third phase of recovery by COVID-19, the 20 years of the creation of the Agroforestry Group of the Ministry of Agriculture were also remembered, with important exportable items and the forestry of the territories.
