He also stressed the need to implement a training system, an option that was also demanded by the farmer Esnoide Pantoja, associate of the Julio Antonio Mella Credit and Services Cooperative, who requested the participation of the University in that purpose: «There are many resolutions, and we are aware that they are to stimulate food production and benefit us, but first we have to understand them to apply them, "he said.
