Administrative management: the key to supply

The lack of products to offer to the people during the pandemic hit some more than others. Where the administrative management was constant, without a doubt, there was a greater presence of food and greater were the initiatives to reach the residents, either with direct sales in the establishments, or by bringing the options closer to the neighborhood, just where the people needed it most.

Administrative management: the key to supply

One of the good examples of news reaching us is the San Cristóbal State Agricultural Market, characterized by the search for alternatives during the pandemic to offer residents mango and guava jams, tomato puree, pickles, canned fruit bomb candy and bag, seasonings (garlic and onion paste), guireña sauce, syrup, carbonated soft drink, and more recently vinegar and dry wine in bulk. The variety of offers is not the result of chance. It is due to the management of Adanay Mijares Ordaz, an administrator with a great desire to do things and initiatives, who led her work group on the right path during the hardest months of the pandemic, when the search for alternatives to supply the population was constant and they had to innovate to supply the population through home delivery and sale through popular councils. The directive specifies that its products come from the UEB Diversified Productions that supplies the Mini-industry, the Butchery and the juicer; and of Collection that fundamentally contributes the viands. In the butcher's area, the sale of seasoned hash and croquettes is usual, while they plan the sale of soups to take away. During the hours between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, an entire work group is committed to satisfying the client. Behind the counter there is a desire to do and please, so that varied products reach the table of San Cristobal residents at an affordable price.
