Cienfuegos guarantees the planting of coffee
Cumanayagua, Cienfuegos.- The farmers from Cienfuegos work with the experience accumulated in the planting of coffee and without leaving the matrix program of planting the grain in the mountains undertake the cultivation in the plain.
They strengthen the Seed Farm incorporating something new, which gives them the guarantee of what they need in the area destined to plant the grain that they like so much.
Now they are working on the fulfillment of the mountain, taking advantage of the spring, with the plans planned and intensively undertaking the experience of the plain, assures the Provincial Delegate of Agriculture, Yoan Sarduy Alonso
There is motivation, because there is the seed, they prepare the soil and evaluate the experience.
“It is the first time that we have planted on a large scale. The one that was planted last year comes with great behavior, it is being followed up and I think the experience will be very positive, "says the delegate.
Regarding export plans, he stated:
"The export of coffee is being fulfilled, he assures, with what was planned to date, we are making some investments in the industry, with a view to improving the working conditions of the staff.
He adds that "the benefits part of coffee continues to be worked and I believe that the industry is capable of receiving the productive volumes that we need from the field. Coffee has very good value from the point of view of quality for export ”.
