With the theme 'Connecting minds, building the future', Expo Dubai 2020 is the first world exhibition to be held in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region, and will keep its doors open for six months, until March 31, 2022 . Promoted as the largest event held in the Arab world so far, it has the participation of more than 190 countries and the organizers expect the attendance of 15 million visitors. According to the Cuban Chamber of Commerce, several entities that will market their products are represented in the island's pavilion: 100 percent natural bee honey, Apisun brand from the APICUBA Company, and perfumery and cosmetic creams from Suchel Camacho S.A. Also tobacco from Habanos S.A. and from Internacional Cubana del Tabaco S.A., crafts from the Cuban Fund for Cultural Goods, musical products from EGREM, bottled juices from La Estancia S.A. and souvenirs image Cuba of Italsav. In different thematic forums, BioCubafarma, Cuban Medical Services, the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources and CETA S.A of the José Antonio Echeverría Technological University of Havana will also participate. He added that the Caribbean nation has also been inserted in the intense program designed by Expo Dubai with the intention of using this space to promote priority sectors such as health, science, water and renewable energy, agriculture and food, education, culture and the sightseeing. Thematic weeks, business and global forums with Africa, the Association of Southeast Asian and Latin American Nations, the collateral program of trade shows and interaction with other participating countries will complement our objectives in this first world exhibition in the Middle East. noted the ambassador. He added that under the motto 'Cuba in Balance with the World', the visitor will find in the pavilion a rich and diverse cultural and tourist heritage, while learning about the evolution and transformation achieved by an educated, inclusive, innovative, creative and with enormous scientific potential that is sowing its future. The program of the exhibition contemplates celebrating the National Day of Cuba on February 14, 2022.
