XI International Symposium on Sustainable Management of Forest Resources (SIMFOR 2021)

Forests, goods, ecosystem services and sustainability
07 Jul 2021

II INTERNATIONAL COLLOQUIUM "FORESTS AND SUSTAINABLE TOURISM" Tourism in protected natural areas (Protected Areas) has been a common practice for a long time and its demand has been increasing. Cuba has not been oblivious to this and the Viñales, Guanahacabibes, Alejandro de Humbold National Parks, among others, as well as the Sierra del Rosario, Buena Vista, Baconao Biosphere Reserves, etc., stand out for their attractions. Taking into account the demand for options that involve direct contact with forest ecosystems and the importance that this implies from different points of view, for some time we have been working on their development in agroforestry companies, for this reason this II Colloquium focused on the second objective stated in this circular. Coordinates: MSc. Serafín Fernández Roche (GAF / MINAG) Scientific Comittee: Dr. C. Ángel Zaldívar Solís MSc. Serafín Fernández Roche (GAF / MINAG) Dr. C. Yudemir Cruz Pérez Dr. C.
