With more than 35 years of experience, it is the unit of
science and technique for Cuban beekeeping. It has
a multidisciplinary team of biologists, veterinarians,
biochemists, computer scientists and agronomists who make up
the team of researchers, specialists and technicians
who work to meet the demands of the
knowledge of beekeeping, to face the challenges
imposed by market demands
to product quality and safety, climate change
and its extreme phenomena that affect beekeeping.
